What kind of results could you get?
The disclaimer that couldn't be any plainer:
Building a strong mind for climbing requires work. There is no trick that will magic your fears away. If you read a book on finger strength you wouldn't expect to get stronger fingers. In the same way, you can't listen to us and expect to be braver. You must do the practice and work hard to build a strong mind.
We're all starting from different places and although many of us won't be (and likely don't want to be) free soloing El Cap anytime soon, we can empower ourselves with tools, exercises and mindset shifts to know what to do when we get scared in climbing.
The aim of mental training is not to get rid of fears altogether, but to know how to manage fear so it doesn't prevent you from doing what you want to do.
Building a strong mind is tough so if you have any underlying mental health problems please seek advice from your therapist before enrolling in this course.
Please also be aware that the course instructors won't be there to make sure you're doing everything safely. You must take full responsibility for any decisions, especially those concerning safety and well-being when taking part in any of the practices described in this course.
