The Performance Hacks Course is a practical mental training program designed to help you climb with clarity, confidence, and focus when it counts. It’s built for climbers who want their mind to support performance — not hold them back with fear, hesitation, or self-doubt.
You’ll learn how to work with common mental barriers like fear of falling, fear of failure, fear of heights and exposure, social fears, and performance anxiety, especially in high-stakes moments like projecting, lead climbing, committing to moves, and taking falls. Rather than trying to eliminate fear, you’ll develop tools to stay composed, present, and decisive alongside it.
Along the way, you’ll build the foundations of mental performance: clear goals, supportive habits, pre-climb rituals, and in-the-moment techniques to regulate nerves and sharpen focus. The result is not just stronger sends, but a deeper sense of mastery — enjoying the process, trusting yourself under pressure, and carrying these skills into other areas of life.
Learn how to climb with intention and perform with confidence.
