The Strong Mind Program is our flagship program for fear management in climbing. It covers everything you need to know about managing fear across lead climbing, top-roping, bouldering and trad. You'll learn how to work with fear of falling, fear of heights and exposure, social fears, fear of failure and performance anxiety.

The course also introduces the fundamentals of mental training — including mindset, self-awareness, and practical tools you can use in the moment to manage fear and stay focused.
