Build a strong mind for climbing

The Strong Mind Program

The Strong Mind Program is our flagship fear management course with an 8-week program of support designed to help you overcome fear, sharpen focus, and climb with calm confidence across sport, trad and bouldering. You’ll learn how to work with fear of falling, social fears, fear of failure, fear heights and exposure, and performance anxiety.

Along the way, you’ll build the fundamentals of mental training: mindset, self-awareness, and practical tools you can use in the moment to stay composed, focused, and performing at your best.

Fear doesn’t have to be a barrier in climbing. Unlock your potential here.

Why Take the Strong Mind Course?

You want to climb with real confidence.
Confidence isn’t fixed. Most climbers train their bodies but forget their minds are just as trainable. With the right tools, anyone can become a more confident climber – just ask our students.
You want to break through plateaus.
If you climb harder on top rope than on lead, or avoid climbs you know you might fail on, or crush lowballs but freeze on highballs, this course is for you. The Strong Mind Course helps you trust your body, commit to moves, and unlock your climbing potential.
You want climbing to feel joyful again.
Fear and anxiety often steal the fun from climbing. Imagine how much more you’d enjoy climbing if that noise wasn’t in the way. With structured mental training, you can expand what feels possible and bring the joy back into climbing.
